first copy your cod4 game save to a data drive [pen drive], and put it in your pc. now go to ps3->savedata
your game id will vary depending on your country. Assumings its the us you go to BLUS300072-AUTO-.
then open up GRAD0_CM.PRF .
clear it and add this

save, then copy back over your current. there you go.
now how do you use it. simple. you go to options while in-game. but do nothing. just go in and out and its activated. do the same to deactivate. So start button-> options -> o button -> o button. This is pretty much spectator mode but while your playing. Its funny seeing everyone trying to shoot you. So you can not do anything but fly, go under map and above map. Its also a bit choppy and laggy. Reminds me when I have a bad connection. If you switch and try to plant as bomb, It can take up to 10 seconds to fully switch modes and for you to do it.
WARNING, I did not make this glitch/hack. I merely found it like anyone else and am showing you. I have also heard that sonyy is comming down on hackers/cheaters since n00bs are abusing it. You may or may not get banned. Im not responsible if you screw yourself, its still funny though.
